Terms & Conditions• A non-refundable 30% deposit is to be paid via Paypal before the artist starts sketching. The full amount is due after viewing of a low resolution copy and before reception of the full resolution digital file.• I will send an update with the completed sketch for approval, allowing for 2 revisions before I start working on the final version.• Rights are reserved by the artist to use the commissions (as well as all work in progress) for promotional purposes on the artist's social medias, unless requested otherwise by the commissioner. Please be sure to specify too whether you wish to remain anonymous.• Similarly, the artist has the right to not post the commission on social media.• Rights are reserved to use the commissions for the artist’s personal portfolio and for the sale of prints, unless requested otherwise by the commissioner.• Commissioned artworks may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes, and are strictly for commissioner's personal use only: neither you nor your company may use the commissioned piece for monetary gain or commercial use, which also includes NFT/Cryptocurrency trading, or may voluntarily feed it to an AI engine.• Commissions can be reposted wherever you'd like so long as credit is given. You may not claim to have drawn it yourself.• Artworks will be sent in the original resolution (300dpi), in PNG format. Soft copy only. (Printing and shipping requests doable, but may incur extra charges). A Glazed jpeg file will also be provided for posting on social media or any other public-facing website.
